Buongiorno! My name is Nicole and I would love to share my passion for travel, cooking, and entertaining with you.
I am very excited to share my new journey with everyone. I studied business & communications at USC & University of Washington, worked in the marketing & finance sectors—I am quite nerdy inside, but I love good parties. I finally decided to follow my passion—art, culture, nature, people, and good FOOD.
Traveling has been a big part of my life and I was fortunate to travel all over the world- especially, every region in Italy when I studied in Rome. The best wines in Tuscany, the most stunning beach in the Amalfi Coast, and met the most passionate people in Sicily. I just love everything about Italy. I used to visit my close Italian friends & family every year before the pandemic- I miss them so much but making my Charcuterie products bring me amazing memories from Italy.
*Fun fact about Nicole: I teach a piano for fun, I climbed the summit of Kilimanjaro (19,341'), and do yoga on my stand-up paddle board.
I believe that food builds community, connection, and shared experience.
